Includes customization options including number of recent twitters to display and formatting options. It can be called as a function or used as a widget.

Do not download the plugin from this site. The author recommends only downloading the plugin from the official Wordpress Plugin site: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mytwitter/

I don’t mind people hosting the file on their own site, my main concern is that people are able to download the most recent version which will always be available at the plugin page on my site and at the Wordpress plugin site.
The other reason is I’ve seen some spam sites pop up and I want to make sure the users know they can trust the content. I checked out the version here though and everything is legit so no worries.
