WordPress Comment Moderation Notifier is a portable windows application that runs in the system tray and notifies you when new comments come in to the moderation queue.
When there are new comments in the moderation queue a message will popup with the number of comments. Then you can launch your comment moderation page via the right-click menu.
The application works only with self hosted wordpress blogs because you need to upload and activate a small wordpress plugin used by the application to access the WordPress XML-RPC API.
